1. Statutory Disclosures in Terms of Section 43 of the ECT Act

In compliance with Section 43 of the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, consumers are drawn to the following legal credentials:

2. Content of Workshops and Certification Classes

2.1. The method trained by the Company and its Facilitators is based on the tools and techniques of Access Consciousness (accessconsciousness.com), further referred to as the "Tools and Techniques".

• a. The Tools and Techniques are a method of life coaching, facilitating, and ways to improve customers' well-being, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
• b. The content of the physical, 1-day Access Bars certification classes (the "Services") are general advice and educational services that never guarantee a certain result or improvement of a current situation.

3. Coaching and Facilitating versus Therapy

3.1. The Tools and Techniques and the method used by the Company do not guarantee any specific result or change. They are an educational and facilitation service, not therapy.

3.2. The Tools and Techniques used cannot and will never heal diseases or mental disorders, nor can they replace any medical therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medication plan given to customers by their doctors or therapists.

3.3. Clients and customers under the supervision of a doctor or under therapy — for physical or mental reasons — must consult their doctor or therapist before changing their treatment plan or therapy or altering it in any way based on information received from the Company.

4. Fee Structure and Age-Based Pricing

4.1. All training fees are processed securely in South African Rand (ZAR). In alignment with global Access Consciousness rules, pricing is tiered by age category:

4.2. Verification Right: The Company reserves the right to request valid proof of identification or prior certification details. If fraudulent pricing is selected or cannot be verified, access to the class will be withheld until the financial balance is settled.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Customer Cancellations: Because physical venue bookings, catering, and materials are prepared in advance in South Africa, the following tiered refund policy applies to all ticket purchases:

3 to 14 days before the event	50% refund or 100% credit	Eligible for a 50% refund, or a 100% credit voucher valid for our next scheduled South African training date.
Less than 72 hours / No-Show	No refund	No refunds or credit transfers can be issued due to locked physical venue overheads.

5.2. Child Surcharges: The R400 surcharge for children aged 15 and under is strictly non-refundable if a cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event, as custom materials and catering will have already been purchased.

5.3. Repeat Student Audits: If a repeat student ticket fails verification, the ticket will be placed on hold. The customer may pay the adult balance or receive a refund minus standard payment gateway transaction fees.

5.4. Event Cancellation by Company: If the Company must cancel or reschedule a class due to emergencies or low enrollment, students will receive a 100% full refund (inclusive of gateway fees) or an automatic transfer to a future date.

5.5. Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be reversed directly back onto the original payment method via the payment processor that was used. No manual cash or bank EFT replacements will be issued. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for funds to reflect.

6. Data Protection

7. Copyright

7.1. Any content of this homepage, the classes, and the workshops is protected by copyright. It is not allowed to use, copy, or distribute any content of any Service without prior written approval of the Company.

8. Release for Audio and Video Recording

8.1. All physical classes and workshops may be recorded and made available to participants for their continuing education.

8.2. When registering for a seminar, class, or workshop, participants agree to be recorded, filmed, and agree that the recordings — including their face and voice — may be sent to other class participants.

8.3. If a customer does not want to be filmed or recorded, they must notify the facilitator before the class begins. Questions can also be submitted in writing during the event.

8.4. Acceptance of this legal disclaimer is a mandatory condition to register and attend the class.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. Any dispute arising out of a contractual relationship with the Company shall be filed with the competent courts of the Republic of South Africa.

10. Liability

10.1. Any and all liability for any damage whatsoever is herewith excluded to the extent that the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) allows such exclusion and/or waiver.
